Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small workshop.

All of our furniture pieces are handcrafted and made to order in our Sydney workshop. As each piece is individually made by hand, our current processing time is approximately 3–5 weeks depending on the item and workload.

Once your order is completed and ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping details.

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers and furniture removalists. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the item.

Please note:

• Processing time refers to the production time before shipping.
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to carrier schedules.
• Larger furniture items may require special delivery arrangements.
